Our lives are enriched in various ways at St. Patrick’s. Through the year we enjoy the rich conversations during bible studies, online gatherings, and our seasonal Wednesday night offerings. Sometimes we have watched and discussed a video series, read a book together, competed to win at Bible trivia, or enjoyed simple conversations on a topic of interest. See below a listing of many ways we continue to learn together and stay connected:
Bible Study
Bible Study is held at 6 PM on Wednesday evenings at Mother Kimberly’s house. Light refreshments are provided. No prior knowledge or study of the Bible is required and we never “test” you on what you know. We hope you’ll join us.
Devotionals
We know how busy life can be and understand it may be difficult to attend weekday or evening gatherings due to work schedules or other extracurricular activities. In hoping to keep us all connected and regardless of where we may be at any given moment, we offer two devotionals:
* Forward Day by Day by The Forward Movement, a quarterly booklet (available in standard or large print) of daily inspirational meditations in each printed devotional. Pick up yours at the church today. You are also able to connect with this resource online for daily reminders or through their app.
* Living Well through Advent and/or Lent by ©Living Compass Spirituality and Wellness Initiative. These devotionals are provided twice yearly by our Wellness Team as a personal wellness resource to help during the seasons of Advent and/or Lent. We have a limited supply of the printed booklets at church, but you can also sign up on their website to receive a pdf copy of the devotional and the daily messages emailed directly to your inbox.
Renewal for All Ages
Renewal events for all ages is alive and well in the Diocese of Florida and at St. Patrick’s. We celebrate our children and youth attending Breakout, New Beginnings, Happening, and summer camp at Camp Weed, our diocesan camp and conference center. We also encourage and celebrate our adults who attend Cursillo and other renewal events throughout the year.
